Stalking

Stalking is a course of conduct (including cyberstalking) directed at a specific person that would cause a reasonable person to fear for their or others’ safety, or to suffer substantial emotional distress.

Stalking based on a protected status or characteristic is considered under the Policy on Prohibited Discrimination, Harassment, and Related Misconduct; see https://oie.duke.edu/ppdhrm.
