Associate Dean of Students & Director of OSCCS
Associate Dean Latosha Williams joined Duke University in May 2023 after serving as an Associate Director in the Office of Student Conduct at NC State University. In Dean Williams’s role with NC State, she supported complainants and respondents moving through Title IX/Sexual Misconduct processes, adjudicated misconduct matters for all students, and managed the Office’s Assessment practices. Before NC State, Dean Williams was an Associate Director of Student Conduct in Residence Life at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, where they adjudicated high-level conduct cases and served as a care case manager for a residential campus of over 11,000 students. Dean Williams obtained her Master of Education degree in Higher Education Administration from NC State University in Raleigh, NC, and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Spelman College in Atlanta, GA.
Dean Williams is a California girl (Born and raised in the Bay Area, CA) with southern roots (Fayetteville, NC). She enjoys spending weekends with her family (specifically her four nieces and nephews).
